Abigail P. Johnson

Abigail P. Johnson is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Fidelity, where she became CEO in 2014 and Chairman in 2016. She previously served as President of FMR from 2013 to 2014 and as President of Fidelity Financial Services, Fidelity Personal and Workplace Investing and Fidelity Asset Management. Her earlier roles include Senior Vice President at Fidelity Management and Research and Equity Analyst at Fidelity from 1988 to 1994. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Art History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
