George C.W. Gatch

George C.W. Gatch serves as Chief Executive Officer at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. His career includes senior roles in global mutual fund and institutional client businesses at the firm starting in 1986, as well as a position as Head of mutual fund joint venture in Japan at DKB Morgan. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and has served as a Board and Executive Committee member and Chair of the Investment Company Institute from 2018 to 2021. He helped build J.P. Morgan Asset Management into one of the world’s leading asset managers since joining in 1986.
