Jeffrey H. Kupor

Jeffrey H. Kupor serves as Senior Managing Director and General Counsel at Invesco. His career includes the role of Head of Legal, Americas at Invesco from 2018 to 2022, as well as various legal positions at the firm from 2002 to 2018. Prior to joining Invesco, he worked as a lawyer in complex commercial and securities litigation at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP. He holds a J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, and he serves as a board member for ICI Mutual Insurance Company and 21st Century Leaders, Inc.
